AN ACT Relating to modifying provisions relating to the crime of failure to register consistent with general principles articulated in recommendations by the sex offender policy board; amending RCW 9.94A.515 , 9A.44.132 , 9.94A.030 , 9.94A.701 , 9.94A.702 , 9.94A.501 , and 72.09.270 ; creating a new section; and prescribing penalties.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 9.94A.515 and 2025 c 220 s 7 are each amended to read as follows:
