AN ACT Relating to establishing fenestration certification requirements for certain public works contracts; reenacting and amending RCW 39.04.350 and 39.04.350 ; adding a new section to chapter 39.04 RCW; providing effective dates; and providing an expiration date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 39.04 RCW to read as follows:

(1) This section applies to any public work involving the construction, alteration, repair, remodeling, or improvement of a fenestration product or system where the total project is estimated to be:
