AN ACT Relating to the siting of distributed energy generation resources on agricultural lands in a manner that does not interfere with the continued use of such lands for agricultural production; and amending RCW 43.21F.100 and 36.70A.177 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 43.21F.100 and 2025 c 265 s 2 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) The following categories of clean energy facilities and nonproject activities that reduce environmental impacts are determined to constitute distributed energy priorities:
