AN ACT Relating to the medicaid access program; amending RCW 74.76.020 and 74.76.050 ; and amending 2025 c 359 s 18 (uncodified).

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 74.76.020 and 2025 c 359 s 2 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) By September 1, (( 2025 )) 2030 , the authority shall submit any state plan amendments or waiver requests to the centers for medicare and medicaid services that are necessary to implement the medicaid access program established in RCW 74.76.050 .
