AN ACT Relating to the suspension of tolling on certain facilities in the event of an emergency; amending RCW 47.56.030 ; and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 47.56.030 and 2025 c 417 s 1220 are each amended to read as follows:
