AN ACT Relating to the running start allocations granted to school districts; and amending RCW 28A.600.310 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 28A.600.310 and 2024 c 159 s 2 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) Every school district must allow eligible students as described in subsection (2) of this section to participate in the running start program.
