AN ACT Relating to the regulation of nursing; amending RCW 18.79.020 , 18.79.020 , 18.79.030 , 18.79.030 , 18.79.160 , 18.79.160 , 18.79.180 , 18.79.180 , 18.79.240 , 18.79.240 , 18.79.250 , and 18.79.250 ; providing an effective date; and providing an expiration date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 18.79.020 and 2023 c 123 s 17 are each amended to read as follows:

Unless a different meaning is plainly required by the context, the definitions set forth in this section apply throughout this chapter.
