AN ACT Relating to the state and tribal government-to-government relationship; amending RCW 43.376.010 , 43.376.020 , and 43.376.060 ; and adding a new section to chapter 43.376 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 43.376.010 and 2012 c 122 s 1 are each amended to read as follows:

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
