AN ACT Relating to coaches of youth sports organizations; amending RCW 43.43.830 and 43.43.834 ; reenacting and amending RCW 26.44.020 and 26.44.030 ; and adding a new section to chapter 26.44 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 26.44.020 and 2025 c 197 s 1 and 2025 c 75 s 2 are each reenacted and amended to read as follows:

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
