AN ACT Relating to exempting information in collaborative drug therapy agreements from disclosure under the public records act; and amending RCW 42.56.360 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 42.56.360 and 2024 c 366 s 19 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) The following health care information is exempt from disclosure under this chapter:
