AN ACT Relating to providing an exemption for taxes on fuel used in school buses; amending RCW 82.38.080 and 82.38.180 ; creating a new section; and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 82.38.080 and 2013 c 225 s 111 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) The following sales of special fuel are exempt from payment of the tax imposed by this chapter:
