AN ACT Relating to increasing the cannabis excise tax on high THC cannabis products; and amending RCW 69.50.535 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 69.50.535 and 2024 c 79 s 1 are each amended to read as follows:

(1)(a) There is levied and collected a cannabis excise tax equal to (( thirty-seven )) 37 percent of the selling price on each retail sale in this state of (( cannabis concentrates, useable cannabis, and cannabis-infused products. This tax )) :
