AN ACT Relating to establishing a state revenue limit and directing excess revenues be deposited in the budget stabilization account; amending RCW 43.135.025 and 43.79.495 ; and adding a new section to chapter 43.135 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 43.135.025 and 2020 c 218 s 3 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) (( Each November, the economic and revenue forecast council shall calculate the fiscal growth factor for each fiscal year of the current biennium and the ensuing biennium.
