AN ACT Relating to encouraging renewable energy in Washington through tax policy and investment in local communities; amending RCW 84.55.010 , 84.55.030 , 84.55.092 , 84.55.120 , 82.32.330 , and 82.96.020 ; reenacting and amending RCW 84.55.020 ; adding new sections to chapter 84.36 RCW; adding new sections to chapter 82.96 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 84.55 RCW; adding new sections to chapter 43.63A RCW; adding a new section to chapter 43.21A RCW; creating new sections; repealing RCW 84.36.680 and 82.96.010 ; and providing an effective date.
