AN ACT Relating to liability protections for community public safety programs; and adding a new section to chapter 4.24 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 4.24 RCW to read as follows:

(1) No act or omission in the provision of core aspects of a community-based public safety program:
