State of Washington

69th Legislature

2025 Regular Session

By Representatives Salahuddin and Santos

Read first time 02/07/25. Referred to Committee on Finance.

AN ACT Relating to the Washington customized employment training program; amending RCW 82.04.449 ; creating new sections; and providing an expiration date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

It is the intent of the legislature to aid in attracting and retaining jobs in Washington by extending the expiration of the customized employment training program tax credit to July 1, 2031.
