AN ACT Relating to increasing access to the working connections child care program for graduate and professional students; amending RCW 43.216.804 ; reenacting and amending RCW 43.216.802 ; and adding a new section to chapter 43.216 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 43.216 RCW to read as follows:

(1) An applicant or consumer is eligible for working connections child care when the applicant or consumer is enrolled full-time in a graduate or professional program at an institution of higher education and:
