AN ACT Relating to county property tax levies for public health clinic purposes; amending RCW 84.52.043 , 84.52.043 , 84.52.010 , and 84.52.010 ; adding a new section to chapter 84.52 RCW; providing an effective date; and providing an expiration date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 84.52 RCW to read as follows:

(1) A county, at the time of levying general taxes, may levy an additional regular property tax, not to exceed five cents per $1,000 of assessed value in any one year, in accordance with this section.
