AN ACT Relating to advancing the production and use of alternative jet fuels in Washington; amending RCW 43.330.570 , 43.21C.535 , and 82.89.010 ; adding a new section to chapter 70A.535 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 84.36 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 82.29A RCW; creating a new section; and providing expiration dates.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 43.330.570 and 2023 c 232 s 6 are each amended to read as follows:
