AN ACT Relating to safety of youth sports; amending RCW 26.44.020 , 26.44.030 , 43.43.830 , and 43.43.834 ; adding new sections to chapter 26.44 RCW; adding new sections to chapter 28A.600 RCW; and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 26.44.020 and 2024 c 298 s 5 are each amended to read as follows:

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
