AN ACT Relating to prohibiting obstructing a law enforcement officer or other first responder; and amending RCW 9A.76.020 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 9A.76.020 and 2001 c 308 s 3 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) A person is guilty of obstructing a law enforcement officer or other first responder if the person (( willfully )) :
