AN ACT Relating to ensuring election integrity at the county level; adding a new section to chapter 29A.60 RCW; creating new sections; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. It is the intent of the legislature to assure all voters in the state that only legitimate votes are counted accurately in Washington state elections.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. A new section is added to chapter 29A.60 RCW to read as follows:
