AN ACT Relating to improving access to patient care by increasing preventive dental care; amending RCW 18.260.040 and 18.260.090 ; and adding new sections to chapter 18.260 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 18.260 RCW to read as follows:

The commission shall issue a license to practice as an oral preventive assistant to any applicant who:
