AN ACT Relating to establishing the Washington 13 free guarantee to provide free access to technical college; amending RCW 28A.230.310 , 28B.50.940 , and 28A.230.212 ; adding a new section to chapter 28A.230 RCW; adding a new chapter to Title 28B RCW; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

(1) "Board" means the state board for community and technical colleges.
