AN ACT Relating to modifying the manner of death listed in a death certificate following a conviction of controlled substance homicide; amending RCW 70.58A.200 ; and adding a new section to chapter 2.32 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 70.58A.200 and 2019 c 148 s 13 are each amended to read as follows:

(1)(a) Reports of death and fetal death must comply with the requirements of this section.
