AN ACT Relating to coverage of legislative session employees in the insurance programs offered by the public employees' benefits board; amending RCW 41.05.065 ; and reenacting and amending RCW 41.05.011 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 41.05.011 and 2023 c 164 s 1, 2023 c 51 s 3, and 2023 c 13 s 2 are each reenacted and amended to read as follows:

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
