BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 28A.415.265 and 2019 c 295 s 302 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) For the purposes of this section, a mentor educator is a teacher, educational staff associate, or principal who:
