AN ACT Relating to transportation network companies; amending RCW 46.72B.020 and 49.46.300 ; adding a new section to chapter 46.72B RCW; and providing effective dates.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 46.72B.020 and 2022 c 281 s 15 are each amended to read as follows:

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
