AN ACT Relating to implementing the International Wildland Urban Interface Code; amending RCW 19.27.560 and 43.30.580 ; and reenacting and amending RCW 19.27.031 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 19.27.031 and 2024 c 170 s 1 and 2024 c 133 s 1 are each reenacted and amended to read as follows:

(1) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, there shall be in effect in all counties and cities the state building code which shall consist of the following model codes which are hereby adopted by reference:
