AN ACT Relating to sentencing enhancements; amending RCW 9.94A.030 , 9.94A.030 , 9.94A.533 , 9.94A.599 , 9.94A.729 , 10.01.210 , and 72.01.410 ; repealing RCW 9.94A.833 and 69.50.435 ; providing an effective date; and providing an expiration date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 9.94A.030 and 2022 c 231 s 11 are each amended to read as follows:

Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter.
