AN ACT Relating to the prevention of cruelty to animals; amending RCW 16.52.011 , 16.52.085 , 16.52.100 , 16.52.117 , 16.52.200 , and 16.52.207 ; reenacting and amending RCW 9.94A.515 ; and prescribing penalties.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 16.52.011 and 2020 c 158 s 2 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) Principles of liability as defined in chapter 9A.08 RCW apply to this chapter.
