AN ACT Relating to providing additional parking flexibility in residential neighborhoods; and amending RCW 46.61.570 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 46.61.570 and 1977 ex.s. c 151 s 40 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) Except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic, or in compliance with law or the directions of a police officer or official traffic control device, no person shall:
