AN ACT Relating to school safety capital grants; and adding a new section to chapter 28A.525 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 28A.525 RCW to read as follows:

(1) The office of the superintendent of public instruction may administer a school safety capital grant program as provided for in this section.
