A BILL to amend and reenact §§ 4.1-212.1 , 4.1-1107 , and 18.2-323.1 of the Code of Virginia relating to open containers.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 4.1-212.1 , 4.1-1107 , and 18.2-323.1 of the Code of Virginia are amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 4.1-212.1 . Delivery of wine and beer; kegs; regulations of Board.
