AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE

A BILL to amend and reenact §§ 2.2-2818 , 38.2-3465 , 38.2-3466 , 38.2-3467 , and 38.2-3470 of the Code of Virginia and to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 2.2-2818.3 , relating to health insurance; state health plan; pharmacy benefits managers; civil penalty.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 2.2-2818 , 38.2-3465 , 38.2-3466 , 38.2-3467 , and 38.2-3470 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted and that the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 2.2-2818.3 as follows:
§ 2.2-2818 . Health and related insurance for state employees.
