AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE

A BILL to amend and reenact § 32.1-11.7 of the Code of Virginia, relating to Board of Health; site cleanup guidelines; other illicit drugs.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 32.1-11.7 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 32.1-11.7 . Guidelines for cleanup of residential property used to manufacture methamphetamine or other illicit drugs.
