A BILL to amend and reenact § 37.2-431.1 of the Code of Virginia and to amend and reenact the second enactment of Chapter 608 of the Acts of Assembly of 2025, relating to recovery residences; regulations.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 37.2-431.1 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 37.2-431.1 . Recovery residences; penalty.
