Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 56-576 and 56-585.5 of the Code of Virginia are amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 56-576 . Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
"Affiliate" means any person that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with an electric utility.
