Commending practitioners of Falun Dafa in Virginia.

WHEREAS, Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, teaches its 100 million practitioners around the world to incorporate truthfulness and compassion into all aspects of their daily lives; and
WHEREAS, since July 1999, Falun Dafa practitioners have demonstrated peaceful resistance and moral courage in the face of unprecedented persecution by the Chinese Communist Party, touching the hearts of many, changing history, and continuing to inspire all who face this ever-aggressive regime; and
WHEREAS, Falun Dafa practitioners in Virginia have traveled throughout the Commonwealth to warn Virginians about the risks of going to the People's Republic of China for an organ transplant, citing credible reports that the communist regime has killed practitioners of Falun Dafa and other prisoners of conscience in order to sell their organs; and
