AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE

A BILL to amend and reenact §§ 22.1-199.1 , 22.1-253.13:2 , as it shall become effective, and 51.1-617 of the Code of Virginia, relating to public schools; Standards of Quality; At-Risk Program established; state-funded special education add-on.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 22.1-199.1 , 22.1-253.13:2 , as it shall become effective, and 51.1-617 of the Code of Virginia are amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 22.1-199.1 . Programs designed to promote educational opportunities.
