A BILL to direct the Department of Health to make available on its website a list of medications, drugs, or vaccines that include gluten.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. That the Department of Health (the Department) shall make publicly available on its website a list of any medication s , drug s , or vaccine s commonly sold or distributed in the Commonwealth that include gluten as an active or inactive ingredient . The Department shall make such information available by December 1, 2026.
