A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 2.2-4311.5 , relating to Virginia Public Procurement Act; procurement of goods transported by privately owned commercial vessels; required contract provisions.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 2.2-4311.5 as follows:
§ 2.2-4311.5 . Procurement of imported goods; use of privately owned commercial vessels; compliance with federal and state law s ; required contract provisions.
