Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That §§ 16.1-252 , 16.1-278.1 , 16.1-281 , 16.1-282 , 16.1-282.1 , 16.1-282.2 , 16.1-283 , and 63.2-910.2 of the Code of Virginia are amended and reenacted as follows:
