A BILL to amend and reenact § 2.2-1605 of the Code of Virginia, relating to Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity; powers and duties; employment services organizations and service disabled veteran-owned and military family-owned businesses.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 2.2-1605 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 2.2-1605 . Powers and duties of Department.
