A BILL to amend and reenact § 23.1-506 of the Code of Virginia, relating to public institutions of higher education; in-state tuition; children of active duty service members or veterans.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 23.1-506 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 23.1-506 . Eligibility for in-state tuition; exception; certain out-of-state and high school students.
