A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 8 of Title 22.1 an article numbered 1.1, consisting of sections numbered 22.1-101.2 through 22.1-101.17 , relating to use of public funds for private elementary or secondary school tuition; standards.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 8 of Title 22.1 an article numbered 1.1, consisting of sections numbered 22.1-101.2 through 22.1-101.17 , as follows:
Article 1.1 .
