Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 46.2-341.4 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 46.2-341.4 . Definitions.
As used in this article, unless the context requires a different meaning:
"Air brake" means any braking system operating fully or partially on the air brake principle.
