In the Senate of the United States,

August 1, 2025.

Resolved, That the bill from the House of Representa-

tives (H.R. 3944) entitled ‘‘An Act making appropriations for

military construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs,

and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30,

2026, and for other purposes.’’, do pass with the following

AMENDMENT:

Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the

following:

1 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
