Whereas, the Bangert Island Riverfront Transformational Project will transform the St. Charles

Riverfront into a center for economic prosperity; and

Whereas, the Bangert Island Riverfront Transformational Project will provide for a unique Missouri

River Island recreational attraction; and

Whereas, the Bangert Island Riverfront Transformational Project will provide Missouri River aquatic

habitat restoration; and

Whereas, the Bangert Island Riverfront Transformational Project, according to economic modeling,

projects 4,000 new jobs; and
