ORDERED, the House concurring, that all matters not finally disposed of at the time of
adjournment of the First Regular Session of the 132nd Legislature in the possession of the
Legislature, including working papers and drafts in the possession of nonpartisan staff offices,
gubernatorial nominations and all determinations of the Legislative Council regarding after-
deadline bill requests and policies, be held over to the next special or regular session, whichever
occurs first, of the 132nd Legislature in the posture in which they were at the time of
adjournment of the First Regular Session of the 132nd Legislature; and be it further
ORDERED, that any public hearing, work session, confirmation hearing or other meeting
